ONLINE RESERVATIONS

If you make your reservation online through our website, you will need to fill out the online form, which is sent to the restaurant by email. Once the restaurant has received your details, we will contact you within 6 hours (during standard operating hours) to verify your reservation. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you have received this confirmation from us.

ARE YOU DELAYED?

If you expect to be late, please call or WhatsApp the restaurant to let us know, and we will do our best to assist you. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your reservation time without notifying us, we may need to offer your table to other guests.

CANCELLATIONS

We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice by email if you need to cancel your group reservation. If you are unable to access the internet, please call the restaurant and speak with the manager on duty to cancel your reservation. A deposit is required to confirm a reservation; please contact us for details. If your reservation is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or your group fails to show up, the deposit terms advised at the time of booking will apply.

GUEST ATTENDANCE

If the number of guests in your party increases or decreases, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Please be aware that any significant increase in guest numbers is subject to availability.

SPECIFIC MEAL PLAN?

We are able to accommodate guests with various dietary needs, so please ask your server for details and menu options. We kindly ask that you inform us ahead of time, and we will do our utmost to support you and your guests. If you are sharing dishes with others in your party, please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any allergic reactions to food ordered by others. All of our restaurants have an allergen guide available for your reference, so feel free to ask if you are unsure. Our meals are prepared in an environment where allergenic ingredients may be present, which means we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free of these ingredients at all times. Please keep in mind that all food prepared at Royal Indian Masala may contain traces of nuts, and we cannot guarantee that anything is entirely nut-free.

LIMITATIONS

No food or beverages other than those provided by Royal Indian Masala may be consumed on the premises.

EXEMPTIONS

All group reservations must include food in their order; we regret that we do not take bookings for drinks only. Please be aware that we enforce this policy, and management retains the right to refuse entry at any time.

SPECIFIC NEEDS

If any of your guests have specific needs (such as a wheelchair-accessible area or a high chair for children), please inform the restaurant ahead of time. This way, we can reserve the ideal table for your group and make sure that all your guests have a wonderful experience at Royal Indian Masala.

LOSS AND BREAKAGE

The person who makes the booking is responsible for the conduct and actions of all members of the party. Royal Indian Masala retains the right to claim reimbursement for any damage or loss caused, regardless of the circumstances.
